Om de kwaliteit en levensduur van producten te beoordelen, voert DEKRA usability (of fitness-for-use, FFU) testen uit. Deze testen gaan over, bijvoorbeeld, de functionaliteit van een product, de gebruiksvriendelijkheid en toegankelijkheid. Op basis van uw eisen ontwikkelen wij een specifiek testprogramma. Naast nationale en internationale performance gebruiken we ook support ratings van producten. Producten die voldoen aan de vereisten krijgen de DEKRA Seal toegewezen; een duidelijk bewijs van overeenstemming van een neutrale organisatie.

Met performance testen meet u de prestaties van een product, bijvoorbeeld de energie-efficiëntie, repareerbaarheid of de prestatie van uw ethernet interface. DEKRA biedt een scala aan performance testen aan voor vele markten en producten, van energie-efficiënte en verbruikstests tot testen die evalueren hoe groot de ecologische voetafdruk van uw product is.

Performance testen kunnen u helpen uw product scherper neer te zetten, doordat u uw claims kunt ondersteunen met bewijs. Ook helpen ze u om, simpelweg, aan de geldende regelgeving in de Europese Unie of andere landen te voldoen, zoals de vereisten voor energieverbruik en labeling in Australië.
