We will contact you within 5-7 working days for further information about the accident or calamity. Then we carry out a preliminary investigation. The results of this preliminary investigation will be reported to you.

Results of the preliminary investigation can be:

  • No further action required.
  • Further investigation is required during the next regular audit.
  • Further investigation is required during an additional audit (within six weeks after the preliminary investigation).
  • Further investigation is required during an additional audit (within six weeks after the preliminary investigation) and a provisional suspension of the certificate.
The hours of the preliminary investigation and any additional audit will be charged to you at the applicable rate.
